Q1. Do you know how long it takes to offgas?
A1. New yoga mats may have a bit of smell at first, but it is completely harmless! The smell will fade with time and use. You can wipe it off with a damp towel. Let the mat air dry. It should take no longer than 2-3 days maximum.
Q2. Which side am I supposed to use?
A2. The small ridges (words&logo) on mat faces up. The back side is smooth.
Q3. Does anyone who keeps theirs rolled up have trouble with the mat laying flat?
A3. When you roll it up, please let the ridges face up. When in use, please lay it down curve side down and it flattens out.
